Kalamari (Deep fried squid)

Serves 6

  • 1 Kg Baby squids
  • Flour
  • Vegetable oil
  • 2-3 Lemons
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onions
  • Salt
Mix the flour with the salt. Wash the squid and "toss" it in the flour to bread it. Fry well on all sides in hot vegetable oil. Top with the onion and serve hot with sliced lemon.
